Vitality of winter grains high in Ukraine

Vitality of winter wheat, rye and triticale is estimated as high in Ukraine, informed Ukrhydrometcenter.

They monitoring showed that 92-98% of winter plants demonstrated aftergrowing and good regenerative ability.

Farmers keep treating fields to protect them from mouse-like rodents. 670 thsd ha were treated as of January 27, including 437 thsd ha under winter grains, 186 thsd tonnes under winter rapeseed.
