The Prime Minister noted that preparations for the harvest are underway.
According to him, farmers are again facing external challenges.
"First, the need to harvest. The Ministry of Infrastructure is working to increase capacity on the western border of Ukraine. After all, due to Russia's blockade of Ukrainian ports, we have 23.5 million tons of grain and oilseeds," he wrote.
The second challenge, according to Shmygal, is to preserve the new harvest.
